1MMEMS30 is a piezoresistive silicon based small pressure sensor, its output is adjusted 0.3-3V analog output;
In the working temperature range, it collects pressure and temperature value at the same time, through the temperature and pressure correction value stored in the chip, to correct the pressure temperature, to overcome the shortage of pressure change with temperature; This correction is in the whole temperature zone, not only the sensitivity, but also the linear zero is corrected;
This chip uses 3.3v low voltage power supply and the working current is less than 1mA. It is currently used in coffee machines.
