Product Description

The ceramic chip of this product adopts HTCC technology, which has stable performance, good consistency and long service life. 

The ceramic chip adopts TSP anti-thermal shock protective layer, which reduces the risk of cracking of the ceramic sheet under the impact of condensate water, and improves the anti-silicon poisoning ability of the product. 

The product is sealed by powder ring, ceramic and base, and has good sealing performance after high temperature heat treatment. 

To prevent the exhaust gas leakage from interfering with the current signal of the reference chamber, the measurement accuracy of the product is improved.
